Please use this term-time leave form to request permission for your child to be absent from school during term time. 

Our school policy strongly discourages term-time absence as it could affect children’s progress.  The DFE have advised schools and authorities not to authorise absence for term-time holidays.

Each application will be considered on a case by case basis.  Appropriate paperwork must be provided.

If we refuse your application and you still take your child out of school, the absence will be treated as unauthorised. Unauthorised absences may lead to a Penalty Notice or legal action being taken against you.
